Assembly : It takes 3 to 5 business days to assemble your watch.

Quality Testing : After assembly, we spend 1-3 days on testing and quality control to ensure optimal performance.

Shipping : Your watch is then shipped, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Overall, the entire process from start to finish takes between 7 and 13 business days (Monday to Friday), ensuring that every watch meets our high standards before reaching you.

As for cost, shipping is completely free.

The package will be dropped off at a collection point with your permission, and we can reschedule delivery to a date and address convenient for you.

Alternatively, you can simply reschedule the delivery yourself.

All our watches come with a 3-year warranty, and we will repair your watch free of charge within 7 days.

Simply send us a message describing the problem, and your watch will be sent to our workshop for repair before being returned to you as good as new.

You also have the option to purchase an extended warranty after placing your order.
